Study Overview
The Challenge
University students face a mental health crisis — anxiety, depression, loneliness, and burnout are at all-time highs. Many students turn to faith for support, but few evidence-based digital faith tools exist to meet them where they are.
This feasibility study explores whether PRAY.COM can serve as an accessible mental health resource for university students. By examining feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effectiveness, this research lays the groundwork for larger interventional trials on college campuses.
